Frank
Terms, privacy and refunds
One page, in plain English, covering everything: what Frank is, what it costs, how to leave, how the refund works, and what we do with your information. If anything here is unclear, email Jose and ask. Last updated 5 August 2026.
Who you are dealing with
- Frank is owned and run by Jose Baptista, based in Miami, Florida. It is one person and a product, not an agency and not a team.
- Everything goes through one address: jose@frankweek.com. Questions, refunds, cancellations, corrections, complaints. Jose reads it himself.
What Frank does, and what it does not do
- Frank studies your business, your market and your competitors from information that is already public, then tells you the few marketing actions worth your time each week, in order, with the reasoning and the how — and at least one thing to skip.
- Frank advises. It does not execute. It does not run your ads, post for you, build your site or contact your customers. That is deliberate, and it is why Frank can tell you to stop paying for something.
- Frank does not promise results. Nobody can promise you results, and anyone who does is selling you something. What you get from the work depends on your business, your market, and what you choose to do. Every decision stays yours.
- Frank is marketing advice. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional in any of those fields.
The free first week
- The first week is genuinely free. There is no card, no account, and no obligation of any kind.
- You get a read of your business and a first week of actions. They are prepared for you and they are yours to keep and use, whether or not you ever pay us anything.
- Nothing starts charging automatically at the end of it. If you want to continue, you choose to, and you see the price before you decide.
If you continue: the price and the billing
- $400 a month. One price. There are no tiers, no add-ons, no setup fee, and nothing else to buy.
- Month to month. No contract, no minimum term, no annual commitment.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your membership renews on the same date each month until you cancel.
- If the price ever changes, it does not change for you without at least 30 days’ notice by email, and you can leave before it takes effect.
- Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.
Cancelling
- Email Jose and say so. That is the whole process. No form, no phone call, no reason required, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
- Your membership ends at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
- Nothing you already have is taken away. Every read and every week of actions we sent you stays yours. Frank simply stops doing new work for you.
The 90-day money back guarantee
- What it covers: if you do not have clarity and confidence in your marketing within 90 days of your first payment, we refund every dollar you have paid. Not a credit, not a partial refund, and not conditional on how many actions you completed.
- How to ask: email jose@frankweek.com and say the guarantee did not hold for you. You do not have to explain yourself, though Jose would be glad to know what went wrong.
- Who answers, and how fast: Jose does, himself. He refunds the same day he reads it. Your bank or card issuer takes a few days after that to show the money, which is their timing and not ours.
- The one limit, stated plainly: the window is 90 days from your first payment. After that the guarantee has run out, though you can still cancel any month with one email.
Where Frank’s information about you comes from
- Frank reads what is already public: your website, your search results, your public reviews and ratings, your competitors’ public pages and prices, and public ad listings. It does not buy private data about you or your customers, and it does not access anything that needs a password.
- Frank only fetches pages a website says it is willing to serve. When something cannot be read, Frank says so rather than guessing.
- If something is wrong, tell us and we fix it. Public information goes out of date and sometimes it is simply incorrect. One email is enough.
What we keep, and what we do with it
- Your email address, so we can send you your read and your weekly actions. That is what it is for and the only thing it is used for.
- Your website address, and the read and actions we produce from it.
- Anything you tell us in the optional questions or by email, used to sharpen your week.
- A record of your membership and payments, kept because tax and accounting rules require it.
- We do not sell your information, ever, to anyone. We do not share it except with the services that make Frank work — sending email, taking payment, storing data — and only to the extent they need it to do that job.
- The public pages of this website do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Email, and how to stop it
- We email you your read, your weekly actions, and the occasional note about your membership. We do not send newsletters, promotions or anything you did not ask for.
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can reply to any of them and say stop. Either one works and neither needs a reason.
- If you have never been a member and would rather we did not hold your details at all, say so and we will delete them.
Your read is yours
- Everything we write for you — the read, the weekly actions, the reasoning — is yours to use however you want, including with anyone you hire to do the work.
- The way Frank studies a business is ours, along with this website and everything on it that is not about your business.
- We will never publish a read of your business, name you as a customer, or quote you, unless you have told us in writing that we may.
The unavoidable legal part
- Frank gives you advice; you decide what to do with it. We are not responsible for what happens as a result of decisions you make, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us.
- We may stop serving a customer, with the current month refunded, if the relationship stops being workable. It has not happened and we do not expect it to.
- We may update these terms. If a change actually affects you, we will email you about it rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
- If something goes wrong, email Jose first. Nearly everything is fixable in one message, and neither of us wants the alternative.
