Every Monday, Frank names the 3 to 5 actions worth your time this week, and the ones to skip.
Your reviews name what makes you different, but your website never does
Nine of your last twelve reviews name the same strength in your customers’ own words, and your homepage answers with the same line about quality and fair prices that your three closest competitors lead with, so the one advantage buyers already believe is the one thing a stranger never reads. More than half of your new visitors never reach that homepage anyway: 23 of your last 40 arrived one level deeper, on a page that names no offer and no next step. Meanwhile 214 people have bought from you before, 161 of them past the point they would usually need you again, and nothing has gone out to any of them in months. None of this needs a rebuild. Say the thing your reviews keep saying, put it where people actually arrive, and give the customers who drifted a reason to come back.
What we found
Your own reviews describe a sharper business than your website does.
Nine of your last twelve reviews name the same strength, in the words your customers chose. Your homepage answers with “quality service and fair prices”, the same line your three closest competitors use, so the one advantage buyers already believe is the one thing a stranger never reads.
Most new visitors never see your front door.
23 of your last 40 visitors arrived one level deeper, through search or a shared link, on a page that doesn’t name your best offer or a clear next step. The front door is polished; buyers come in through the side.
The customers who could bring the next ones have gone quiet.
214 people have bought from you before, and 161 of them are past the point they would usually need you again. Nothing has gone out to any of them in months.
This week’s actions
The five actions worth your focus this week.
- Action 1 · The lead this week: Stop sounding like your competitorsRewrite your homepage headline, because nine of your last twelve reviews name the same strength in your customers’ own words and your homepage answers with the same line about quality and fair prices that your three closest competitors lead with.
- Action 2: Fix the page most new customers see firstAdd an offer and a next step to your busiest page, because 23 of your last 40 visitors arrived one level deeper than your homepage, on a page that never says who you are or what to do next.
- Action 3: Bring back the customers you haven’t heard fromEmail the 161 customers who have not come back, because 214 people have bought from you before, 161 of them are past the point they would usually need you again, and nothing has gone out to any of them in months.

How do you know what to act on, and what to ignore?
Everyone selling you marketing has one more thing to spend time or money on. Post more. Run ads. Rebuild the site. The list never gets shorter, and it can feel like a hundred things are wrong.
You’ve paid for marketing that didn’t work.
An agency that over-promised. Tools full of numbers that never told you what to do. That quiet worry that you’re spending and can’t tell what’s working.
- Frank is not an agency, and it is not a chatbot.Frank can name the things you should stop paying for, because it isn’t paid to keep you engaged, locked in, or spending. No ads to run, no tools to sell, no hours to bill.
- You never have to brief itIt never asks for weeks of paid discovery, long forms to fill in, or a prompt to type into an empty chat.
- A senior mind, not a dashboardAnyone can tell you what’s happening. Knowing which of it matters, and what to do first, is what twenty-five years buys.
- We tell you what to skipEvery week, Frank names the one thing you’d most likely spend on but don’t need, so that money stays in your business.
- Month to monthNo contract, no lock-in. You stay because it’s working, not because you’re stuck.
Your read names what’s actually holding you back.
Frank studies your business, industry, market, customers, and competitors, then names what’s actually holding you back, and what to do about it.

- We prioritize the actions that matterThree to five this week, in order, with the reasoning behind each, and one to skip, so money stops going where it won’t pay off.
- We never stop studying your businessDeeply from day one, then continuously: your whole business, and everything a new customer sees when they look you up.
- We keep your plan sharp as you growSmall wins compound. Every 90 days, Frank steps back for a fresh read, because what holds you back today won’t once you’ve grown.

Frequently asked questions.
Is my business too small, or too big?
Frank is built for owners doing roughly $500K to $5M a year who still make their own marketing calls. Smaller than that, there usually isn’t enough of a track record yet for Frank to read a business well. Bigger, and you likely have a marketing lead of your own whose plan Frank would only cut across. And if what you want is someone to run your ads and post for you, Frank isn’t the right fit. We’d rather tell you now than take your money.
Is this built for my business, or generic?
Everything is built from your business, never a template. The whole point is what’s specific to you and your market, right now, not advice that could describe any shop in your industry. That’s also why Frank stays small on purpose: at this size it can go deeper into one business than a big service ever could, and say the things no one chasing a growth target would.
Do you do the marketing for me?
Frank tells you what to do, in what order, and exactly how. It doesn’t run your ads or post for you, and that’s deliberate. Marketing money almost never gets wasted for lack of hands; it gets wasted doing the wrong work confidently. Most actions take an evening or a quick handoff to whoever helps you, and when something is genuinely worth paying a professional to build, Frank says so, and roughly what it should cost.
How much of my time does this take?
A few minutes to read the week, and most actions take an evening or a quick note to whoever helps you. The point of Frank is to hand back the hours you’d lose to guessing. You spend them on the few things that matter, not the forty that might.
What exactly do I get each week?
Every week: three to five actions chosen for your business and ranked in priority order, not a generic checklist, the specific things worth your attention right now. Each comes with the reasoning behind it and exactly how to get it done, step by step, whether you do it yourself or hand it to whoever helps you, plus at least one thing to skip or stop paying for. It opens with a short read of what’s changed around your business that week, so you see the case for why these are the ones that matter now. And it all builds: not a fresh list each week, but one living 90-day plan we build on as you make progress, so the small wins compound instead of scattering.
How does Frank know my business?
Before you answer a single question, Frank studies your business, your industry, your market, your customers, and your competitors the way a sharp CMO would on day one: reading your site, your reviews word for word, the search results your customers see, your competitors’ real ratings and pricing, even the ads running in your market. It weighs all of it and names the one root problem actually holding growth back, not the symptom on the surface. If a detail is off, you tell Frank, and the picture sharpens. Every 90 days it looks again and deepens your read, because what’s in the way changes as you grow.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
A chatbot answers whatever you ask it, so the hard part lands on you: knowing what to ask, and whether the answer fits your business. Frank works the other way. It starts from your business, and it carries 25 years of a CMO’s expertise inside it: the methods, the judgment, and the ways of working built from doing this for real. You’re not getting a blank box that waits for the perfect question; you’re getting a way of thinking that already knows which few things matter for a business like yours, and why.
Isn’t this just another agency?
An agency or a consultant is paid for their work: the hours, the deck, the campaigns launched. None of them were ever on the hook for whether you had clarity. Frank is. Every week we tell you what’s worth doing (including the work that costs nothing and the work to stop paying for) and unlike a strategy deck that’s stale by month four, it’s sharpened every week as your market moves. You’re not paying for someone’s hours. You’re paying to know exactly what to do next, and what to skip.
Who’s actually behind this?
One person’s judgment, not a rotating team’s. Frank is built by Jose Baptista (25 years in marketing, most recently as CMO of a NASDAQ-listed company) and the way it reads your business and decides what matters is his. Every read is checked before it goes out: once for anything it can’t back up with evidence, and once against the standards he set himself. Anything that doesn’t pass goes to him. And when you write back, it’s him who answers. What you won’t get is what burned you last time: a junior account manager, an offshore team, a support ticket.
What if it isn’t for me?
Then it costs you nothing to find out. The read is free, with no credit card: a real read of your business, so you can judge it on the work, not a promise. And if you keep going and it isn’t worth it, the guarantee is exactly this: if you don’t have clarity and confidence in your marketing within 90 days, we’ll refund every dollar. No questions. You email Jose and say so; he reads it himself and refunds you within 24–48 hours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, and without the runaround. It’s month to month, no contract, and leaving takes a single email: no retention gauntlet, no reason required. You stay because the work is worth it, not because we made leaving hard.
